Mental state in its time and context
The analysis relates history, medical records, described behaviour and the timeline. A diagnostic label alone does not answer questions about a person’s abilities or their mental state at the relevant time.
Capacity, vulnerability and consequences
The work may focus on cognitive and volitional functions, capacity for particular decisions or documented psychological effects. Each conclusion is tied to the referral question and the sources examined.
Coordinated medical and psychological perspectives
Carlos Cuadrado contributes training in neuropsychiatry and forensic sciences. Polina Poloziuk contributes forensic psychology and master’s-level training in Legal and Forensic Psychiatry. Roles and any need for additional specialists are defined for each case.
